​Each workshop usually includes a little bit of science and fun facts by way of introduction, and is filled with practical tips and takeaway tools that align with the main bespoke signature guided meditation. This helps each individual reset their energy and return to work renewed, refreshed and ready for action (or ready to relax if that's more the remit) with a renewed sense of connection and sense of being supported.
