My signature blend of energy work is rooted in Reiki with a deep connection to the natural world, working on your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. In a safe space I facilitate your body’s own innate healing processes, by gently guiding you into relaxation with the sounds of nature and activating the para sympathetic nervous system. Connecting with the energies of the elements, helping you let go of physical tension and energetic blocks that result in disease, releasing all that no longer serves you, clearing your energy field and making space for the new to come into your life.
