Join me in a safe, sacred and protected space to receive reiki and elemental energy healing for mental, emotional, physical &/or spiritual wellbeing. Allow yourself to sink into a safe space in safe hands, relax, reset and rebalance your energy. I share intuitively guided holistic energy treatments for: Physical aches and pains Stress or anxiety Emotional upheaval Fatigue or lack of sleep Recovery from addictions Recovery from disease and surgery Connecting more deeply to yourself and your intuition Spiritual evolution In these busy times of great change it can be easy to fall into a state of dis-ease - get sick, stressed, stuck or depleted. I simply facilitate your own innate healing process, helping you let go of tension, clear blockages, and let go of old energies that no longer serve you, clearing the way for the new. As a Reiki master with a deep connection to Nature I love to work outdoors, however I only offer outdoor sessions in the UK when weather permits. Instead, I bring the healing power of Nature indoors. Simply close your eyes and listen as I guide you into relaxation with the sounds of Nature, connecting with the healing energies of the elements to bring you back to balance.
