Working in line with your company’s wellness objectives and group’s needs, your bespoke wellness workshop is designed to empower the participants with practical tools and techniques to improve mental and emotional health, and release tension too. All my interactive workshops generally include a little bit of science and fun facts, practical tips and takeaway tools plus a bespoke signature guided meditation to the sounds of nature. This helps each individual to reset their energy and return to the desk renewed, refreshed and ready for action. Movement and exercise to release tension from the body Simple nervous system resets to come out of flight or fight mode Mindfulness tips to stop overthinking & come back to the present moment Anti worrying hacks to end spiralling thoughts Energy healing practises (rooted in Reiki) to clear the mind and refresh the energy field Ways to bring the power of Nature indoors and into the office Workshops are entirely bespoke in terms of length, content and location - I can deliver an entire workshop on how to clear your own energy, or share one 15 minute exercise within a more diverse session. I can conduct the session indoors at your office or team building event, or take participants into Nature for an immersive grounding and re-balancing experience, for an hour, a day, or a 3 day camping event.
